Fue recopilado, coordinado y sistematizado por el sabio Pata&ntilde;jali. En el segundo aforismo del primer cap&iacute;tulo de su obra cl&aacute;sica los Yoga Sutras, Pata&ntilde;jali describe el Yoga como &ldquo;yogah citta- vritti-nirodhah&rdquo;, lo que puede traducirse por; &ldquo;El Yoga es el cese de movimientos en la consciencia&rdquo;.<br \/> El Raja Yoga, tiene a su vez tres subdivisiones, llamadas; Mantra Yoga, Kundalini Yoga y Hatha Yoga. En estas clases profundizaremos en las bases del Hatha Yoga.<br \/> La palabra Hatha se compone de las s&iacute;labas ha y tha, que significan sol y luna. Y la palabra Yoga deriva de la ra&iacute;z sanscrita &ldquo;yuj&rdquo;, que significa sujetar, reunir, uncir, juntar, dirigir y concentrar la propia atenci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><p class=\"heading-v1-text-content  fg-text-dark ffb-paragraph-5\">En la parte f\u00edsica practicaremos las asanas, asana significa postura. Las asanas pueden dividirse ampliamente en dos grupos principales: posturas de meditaci\u00f3n y las asanas que se han dado a conocer extensamente en nuestra cultura. Conoceremos las posturas principales del hatha Yoga, as\u00ed como las cuatro posturas de meditaci\u00f3n, y la quinta,  vajrasana (postura de rodillas). Estudiaremos  las t\u00e9cnicas para llevarlas a cabo, as\u00ed como  los efectos y beneficios que producen.<\/p><div class=\"heading-v1-text-content  ff-richtext fg-text-dark ffb-paragraph-6\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>METODOLOGIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/div><div class=\"heading-v1-text-content  ff-richtext fg-text-dark ffb-paragraph-7\"><\/p>\n<p>El comienzo de la clase consistir&aacute; en entender los conceptos m&aacute;s profundos del Yoga, haciendo una exposici&oacute;n de su esencia.<\/p>\n<p>&bull; Introducci&oacute;n a los cinco pilares b&aacute;sicos del Yoga.<br \/> &bull; Ejercicios de movilizaci&oacute;n y calentamiento articular.<br \/> &bull; Pr&aacute;ctica de Hatha Yoga, que concede especial atenci&oacute;n al cuerpo f&iacute;sico, el veh&iacute;culo y actividad del alma, desarrollaremos asanas ( posturas), dando flexibilidad a la columna vertebral, tomando conciencia de las sensaciones del cuerpo.<br \/> &bull; Surya Namaskara, o saludo al sol, pr&aacute;ctica de doce posturas que se entrelazan entre s&iacute; para generar prana (energ&iacute;a sutil) con el fin de purificar y rejuvenecer a quien las realiza.<br \/> &bull; Enfoque y atenci&oacute;n en la respiraci&oacute;n.
